Mood: Guilty

Until yesterday afternoon, I had forgotten that it was the one-year anniversary of my dad's death on May 4th. Geez. I'm not sad about it or anything, but I do feel like a jerk for forgetting the anniversary. The fact that it is finals week and I'm in the middle of moving out is no excuse. -_-;;

On another note, I'M MOVING OUT TODAY!!! Finally. But I'm going to miss Yuko and everybody soooo much. I'm going to a party with them tonight and then I'll drive home whenever I leave after goodbyes and stuff and yeah. I'm anticipating tears. It shouldn't be so bad, because I know I'm going to see these people again when I go to Japan, but still....

I have to go study.

A lot of things can happen a year then, huh? I wouldn't blame myself for forgetting when someone died...once someone is dead dates are irrelevant. Heck, I wish I forget the year of death. I don't even remember exactly what year it was anymore, but every year at that time I just can't forget about it. I'm sorry to hear about your dad, but maybe it's a sign of moving on that you're not obsessing over it?

Aw it's okay. I just got home. =] I'll miss watching Harry Potter in the lounge with you guys, even though I wasn't as into it as the rest of you.

haha You didn't know? Wow. Yeah he had lung cancer, and it happened really fast. Took like... seven months? Somewhere around there. It was a shitty school year.

My junior year of college. Or fall 2009. It's not set in stone, but I'm definitely planning on it. I might go to Kanda University in Tokyo, but they don't have art there. I was told Nagoya has art though.

I actually never obsessed over it in the first place. I had gotten myself used to the idea of something happening before he actually got sick, as strange as that sounds.
